Victorian Country Garden

Forest of Dean

“Ed and his team are a joy to have around. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and reliable and our large garden always looks good.  I recommend them highly. “

At this idyllic spot in the Forest of Dean, the GreenFolk Gardening team maintains a flourishing vegetable patch and an original Victorian greenhouse filled with citrus fruits and meticulously fan-trained peaches. Within the walled garden, we devote special attention to the magnificent Vitis coignetiae ‘Claret Cloak,’ which provides a stunning display of autumn colour.

Beyond the garden walls, we manage various other parts of the estate, including orchards and a picturesque woodland walk featuring a variety of fascinating ericaceous plants. The estate's mature, majestic trees thrive in the acid soil, including a beautiful rare collection of Victorian rhododendrons.
